There are outdoor tables and chairs that make for a great place to hang out. The heated swim spa is great for year round enjoyment. Half of pool is configured like a hot tub with seats and jets and half is like a pool. A new AC unit was installed earlier this year. In addition each bedroom has portable AC units so even in the hottest part of the summer, the bedrooms are more than cool. The open family room and kitchen area make for a great gathering place. There is a granite counter bar, that can seat at least 9, around the kitchen as well as a large table that can seat at least 10. There is a large screen TV in the family room as well as TVs in 4 of the bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is currently used as an office but would normally be used as a bedroom. The current bed configuration sleeps 16 but can easily sleep 18. All of the bathrooms have sliding glass doors with new tile around the whole shower. The hall bath has a new tub with tile around it along with the sliding glass door. The master suite has an extra large shower. The outdoor shower has cold and hot water. There are numerous hooks in each bathroom as well as around the outside shower to hold towels and swim suits. Everything in this house has been completely redone. The separate laundry room has full size stackable stainless steel washer and dryer with amble storage shelves. The laundry room has an entrance directly from the pool area to manage all of the wet swim suits and towels. The bunk bedroom has sturdy large built in wood bunks. Now is the perfect time to buy to be ready for the upcoming vacation rental season or to use as a second home or permanent residence. There is a white vinyl fence that surrounds the house.
